摘要
简要介绍我国宽厚板轧机的建设态势,以一套在建的全国产化3 800 mm宽厚板轧机为例,从工程概况、生产工艺流程和特点、主要设备选型及工艺平面布置等各个方面,介绍了该宽厚板轧机的特点,展望了我国宽厚板轧机未来的发展趋势。
This paper briefly introduces the situation of heavy plate mill construction in China. Taking an abuilding entirely homemade 3 800ram heavy plate mill as an example, the characteristics of the mill are analyzed in the aspects of project overview, production process flow, main equipment selection and process layout. In addition, the prospect of future development trends of heavy plate mill in China is also analyzed.
