中国文化遗产评星初探

Preliminary Probe into Star-Rating World Cultural Heritages of China

迈入世界遗产名录这一世界级门槛与文化遗产的世界级管理能否等同,是一个值得研究者深入思考的问题。为了解决现实中存在的问题,笔者创新性地提出应该对世界文化遗产进行星级评定。为此,本文主要从评星的必要性、可能性、措施建议和意义等4个方面进行初步探讨,目的在于把中国文化遗产的规范化经营与管理提上议事日程,实现中国文化遗产的科学、健康和可持续利用与发展。

It is important to relevant researchers whether getting the name of world cultural heritage identifies holding international standard management.In order to solve some micro-level management problems of cultural heritage, the author proposes that inland cultural heritage should be star-rated.To nominate standardization of running and managing cultural heritage, this paper discusses four preliminary aspects of star-rating, such as necessity, possibility, suggestion and significance, realizing utilization and management of cultural heritage in china with scientism, healthfulness and sustainability.
