摘要 采用厌氧/好氧/混凝沉淀工艺处理难降解的印染废水,中试结果表明,系统对COD、色度、氨氮、总氮、总磷的平均去除率分别为93.2%、93.9%、90.2%、70.8%、96.3%;上流式厌氧水解池对COD和色度的去除效果最明显,投粉末活性炭的A/O工艺对氨氮和总氮的去除效果较好,混凝沉淀工艺则对总磷的去除效果最理想。系统出水水质达到了《太湖地区城镇污水处理厂及重点工业行业主要水污染物排放限值》(DB 32/1072—2007)的要求。 A pilot-scale study on the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater using the combined anaerobic/aerobic/coagulation sedimentation process was carried out. The results indicate that the average removal rates of COD, color, NH3 - N, TN and TP are 93.2%, 93.9%, 90.2%, 70.8% and 96.3% respectively. COD and color are mainly removed in the up-flow anaerobic hydrolysis tank, NH3 - N and TN are mainly removed in A/O process using powdered activated carbon, and TP is mainly removed in coagulation sedimentation process. The effluent quality of the system meets the Discharge Standard of Main Water Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants and Key Industries of Taihu Area ( DB 32/1072 - 2007).
