前列地尔介入治疗糖尿病足疗效观察

Effect of Alprostadil in Interventional Therapy of Diabetic Foot

目的:寻找持续股动脉注射脲激酶治疗糖尿病足过程中有效的扩管治疗药物。方法:按照随机、对照的方法,将糖尿病足行持续股动脉注射脲激酶的患者分为前列地尔脂微球制剂治疗组和盐酸丁咯地尔治疗组,分别观察治疗前后患者的臂踝指数、胫神经传导速度、溃疡愈合天数及住院时间,并进行比较。结果:两组中,前列地尔脂微球制剂治疗组在治疗后臂踝指数、胫神经传导速度得到改善,溃疡愈合快,住院时间短。结论:在持续股动脉输注脲激酶术中,前列地尔脂微球制剂是扩管治疗的有效药物。

Objective： To find the effective vasodilating drugs in the treatment of diabetic feet with continuous intra-femoral artery injection of urokinase. Method： The patients with diabetic feet undergoing continuous intra-femoral artery injection of urokinase were randomly divided into alprostadil group and buflomedil hydrochloride group. Ankle/brachial index（ ABI）, conduction velocity of tibial nerve, ulcer healing day and length of stay were observed and compared before and after the treatment. Result： In the two groups, ABI and conduction velocity of tibial nerve were improved, ulcer was healed more quickly, and the length of stay was shorter in the alprostadil group. Conclusion： In the continuous intra-femoral artery injection of urokinase, alprostadil is an effective drug for vasodilating.
