我院住院患者抗菌药应用调查

Analysis of Use of Antibacterial Drugs in the In-patient Departments in Our Hospital

目的:调查我院2008年上半年住院患者抗菌药应用情况,评价抗菌药应用合理性,为规范我院抗菌药管理提供依据。方法:随机抽取2008年1～6月出院病历3 123份,对抗菌药使用情况进行回顾性分析。结果:我院住院患者抗菌药使用率为60.58%,用药以单一用药为主(60.10%),二联用药占29.97%,三联用药占9.93%;按药敏试验用药率仅为28.64%。结论:我院住院患者的抗菌药应用率较高,用药前相关标本送检率较低,围手术期用药时机不当,预防性用药时间过长,应引起重视。

Objective： To investigate the application of antibacterials among the in-patient departments in our haspital,from January to June 2008, estimate the rationality of the use of antibacterials, provide the basis for the management of antibacterials and define its application. Method： 3,123 cases discharged from January to June in 2008 were randomly checked,and the survey of the application of antibacterials was made. Result： The applicational rate of the antibacterials was 60.58% ,and the more proportions was the usuage of one single drug with the ratio of 60.10% ,the ratio of the usuage of three drugs was 9.93%, and the ratio of the choice of antibacterials mainly depending on experiences was only 28.64%. Conclusion： The applicational rate of antibacterials in the in-patients departments in our hospital is high, and the examing rate of correlated samples before the use of drugs is low. The opportunity of the perioperative drug use was inadequate, and its duration of prophylactic drug use was too long. More attention must be paid to it.
