综合性实验对护理专业学生急救综合能力的影响 被引量:15

摘要 目的培养和训练护理专业学生的急救综合能力。方法对2005级和2006级护理系332名本科学生开展《急危重症护理学》综合性实验,并于实验结束时发放问卷,调查学生对综合性实验的教学效果评价。结果认为开展综合性实验对学习相关理论知识、急救技能、急救意识、沟通交流能力、团结协作精神、人文关怀、应变能力的培养以及相关学科知识的综合应用有帮助作用的学生分别为94.5%、94.2%、92.6%、93.9%、94.2%、90.3%、92.3%、以及89.7%。结论通过综合性实验,加强了学生对急救知识的理解、巩固和运用,培养了学生理论联系实际的能力,有利于学生急救技能和急救意识的培养,同时培养了学生的沟通交流能力和团结协作精神;通过综合性实验,能使学生树立良好的职业道德和职业情感。 Objective To cultivate and train the comprehensive first aid ability of the nursing students. Method The comprehensive experiment was carried out in " emergency and critical care nursing " to 332 undergraduate students from 2005 and 2006 grade, then the teaching effectives were investigated and evaluated after the experi- ment. Result The percentage of students to consider the comprehensive experiment contribute to learn correlation theories, the first aid skills, the first aid consciousness, communicated abilities, cooperation spirit, humanistic care and to raise the adaption or correlative subjects knowledge application ability were 94. 5%, 94. 2%, 92. 6%, 93.9%, 94.2%, 90.3%, 92.3% and 89.7% respectively. Conclusion The comprehensive experiment strengthened student's ability to comprehend, consolidate and apply the first aid knowledge, the ability associated the theory to reality, The experiments also contribute to raise the first aid skill and consciousness in students, simultaneously in communicated ability and cooperation spirit. Then can promote the students to set up favorable professional ethics and emotion.
