引流专用无菌敷贴在气管切口换药中的应用研究

Study on using of sterile application of special drainage in the change dressings of incision of trachea

目的研究引流专用无菌敷贴在气管切口换药中的应用效果。方法选择将行气管切口的42例患者随机分为对照组和观察组各21例,对照组采用传统的无菌纱布敷料覆盖气管切口,观察组采用引流专用无菌敷贴覆盖气管切口,采用同一标准观察两组切口敷料干燥度、细菌培养阳性率、换药时间、次数、费用及患者的舒适度。结果观察组切口敷料干燥度优于对照组,细菌培养阳性率低于对照组,且日均换药次数、时间、费用低于对照组(P<0.001),患者舒适度高。结论引流专用无菌敷贴用于气管切口换药,使用便捷、安全、有效,降低了患者的护理成本,减少了护理工作量,提高了患者的舒适度。

Objective To study the effect of sterile applixation of special drainage in change dressing of incision of trachea. Method 42 patients were randomly selected and divided into control group and experimental group, each group 21 cases. In the control group, the traditional sterile gauze dressing was covered on the incision of trachea, in the experimental group, the sterile application of special drainage was covered on the incision of trachea. The dryness of incision dressing, the positive rate of bacterial culture, dressing change time, frequency, cost and patient＇s comfort were observed and compared between the two groups. Result In experimental groups, the dryness of incision dressing was better than that of the control group, the positive rate of bacterial cuhure, dressing change time, fre quency, cost in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0. 001 ）, and pa tient＇s comfort was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion The sterile application of special drainage was convenient, safe, effect in change dressing of incision of trachea, reducing the patient＇s care costs and nursing work load, improving patient＇s comfort.
