中国对外直接投资主要动因类型的实证研究——基于1982～2007年的外向投资流向分析

An Empirical Study on the Main Driving Factors of China's Overseas Direct Investment:An Analysis Based on the Direction of Investment,1982～2007

文章分析了我国对外直接投资主要动因类型,在此基础上进行逻辑推理,并运用实证分析得出,对外直接投资和出口、能源需求、GDP、制造业RCA指数是显著正相关的,且出口、能源需求的变化对中国的对外直接投资影响最大;此外,我国的对外投资并没有显著表现出规避贸易壁垒的特点,经济制度的变化对企业"走出去"影响也不显著。

This paper discusses the main driving factors of China＇s overseas direct investment. By analyzing the comm unique on China＇s overseas direct investment, the paper conducts a precise cointegration analysis to test the influences of the factors. The result shows that obvious positive relations exist between export, energy demand, GDP, manufact uring RCA and China＇s overseas direct investment. Furthermore, China＇s overseas direct investment is neither featured of avoiding trade barriers nor influenced by the changes of economic system.
