秦甘55是利用抗病优质甘蓝自交不亲和系MSP01-685628和优质自交不亲和系YC97-243576选育成的杂交一代甘蓝新品种,定植到收获50~55 d。植株综合性状优良,中心柱5.8 cm,紧实度0.68,帮叶比21.5%;叶质脆甜,品质分析表明,含干物质6.8%,粗纤维0.53%,可溶性糖3.72%,vC 0.1812 mg/g;高抗病毒病和霜霉病、抗黑腐病;单球质量0.8 kg,产量57 661.5 kg/hm2。
