摘要
分别将北京小南瓜种子在5%、10%、15%、20%的含水量,4℃、-30℃、-75℃的降温预处理,40℃温水浴、自来水冲洗、室温化冻3种解冻方式与10、20、30、60 d的保存期限条件下,进行超低温保存,然后对保存后种子的发芽率进行测定比较。结果表明,种子不同含水量、预处理温度、解冻方式和保存时间对保存效果均有显著影响。其中,在10%的种子含水量、40℃的温水浴解冻方式和大于30 d的保存时间下,南瓜种子的发芽率有了明显的提高,而不同的预处理温度均不同程度地降低了种子的发芽率。
The experiment studied the effects of germination under the excessively low temperature on the condition of moisture content 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, prelower temperature 4℃ - 30℃ - 75℃, defrost ways 40℃ warm water bath, tap water washing, defrost at room temperature and storage time (10,20,30,60 d). The result indicated that moisture content, pretreament temperature, defrost ways and storage time had significant impact on storage effect. The germination rate of pumpkin seeds had remarkably increase on the condition of 10% moisture content, 40℃ warm water bath and exceed 30 d but the prelower temperature decreased the germination rate.
