西北地区种植业结构的演变与调整

Evolution and Adjustment of Planting Structure in Northwest Area

通过对西北5省农业统计资料的整理与分析,发现西北地区粮食作物播种面积在逐渐减少,但总产量在增加;经济作物中油料作物和糖料作物的播种面积虽变化不大,但总产量始终保持增长态势。分析表明,受政策、市场、科学技术及农民文化素质等因素的影响,西北地区种植业结构不合理,农业资源利用率较低。因此,以资源高效持续利用及市场需求为前提,提出了西北地区种植业结构调整的目标与思路。

This paper studied the evolution law of planting area and crop production in Northwest area by agriculture statistics collation and analysis in five Northwestern Provinces in China：The planting area of grain crops is gradually decreasing while the production is increasing. The planting area of oil crops and sugar crops from cash crop increases and decreases in little change, but the production has always been to maintain the growth. The results show that： Influenced by the policy, market, technology, agriculture infrastructure and cultural quality of the farmers and so on. Plantation Structure was unreasonable and lower utilization of agricultural resources. Overview of the above reasons, we are according to the continued efficient use of resources and market demand for the premise, and put forward in the northwest region of the structure adjustment goals and ideas.
