摘要
利用柠檬黄与日落黄的吸收光谱差异,采用多元线性回归分光光度法同时测定两种色素含量。该方法直接测量样品,采用支持向量机处理数据,省去传统测量方法中萃取、层析分离等样品处理步骤,模拟样品中柠檬黄、日落黄平均回收率分别为99.8%和101.62%。
Use the multiple linear regression spectrophotometry method simultaneously to determine the content of lemon yellow and sunset yellow based their absorption spectrum. The support vector machine method was adopted to process data. This method leaves out the step of traditional measure of extraction, the column level analysis and so on.The method which only needs to process some simple data, the average recovery of simulated sample were 99.8 % for lemon yellow and 101.62 % for sunset yellow.
