摘要
研究刺五加苷延缓衰老的作用机制。用D-半乳糖(D-gal)造成大鼠亚急性衰老模型,刺五加苷按3.6、7.2、14.4 g/kg连续灌胃,观察大鼠的学习记忆能力,检测组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、丙二醛(MDA)含量。刺五加苷能明显提高学习记忆能力,提高组织SOD活性,降低组织MDA含量。
To research anti-aging mechanism of acanthoside. Different concentrations of acanthoside treat D- galactose-induced aging rats, at the same time rats were treated with acanthoside3.6, 7.2, 14.4 g/kg by oral administration, organizations superoxide dismutase (SOD) vitality, malondialdehyde (MDA) content were determined. Acanthoside can significantly improve learning and memory capacity, improve organizational SOD activity and lower MDA content organizations.
