摘要
分析了金陵石化分公司烷基苯厂加氢装置煤油除氧单元生产运行情况,对除氧单元运行中存在的进料换热器频繁结焦问题进行工艺设计改进,将原精馏除氧改为加氢除氧,在加氢除氧反应温度50℃,压力0.5 MPa(G),空速20 h^(-1),氢油体积比2.8的条件下,除氧率达到95%,解决了频繁清洗换热器的问题。
After analyzing the operation situation of kerosene deoxygenization unit of Unibon system in Linear Alkylbenzene Plant, Jinling Petrochemical Co. , new process design improvement was put forward to deal with coking frequently in inlet heat exchanger. The original distillation deoxygenization unit was changed into hydrogenation deoxigenization unit. The results showed that the deoxygenization ratio reached 96% , thus the problem of frequently washing heat exchanger was solved at the optimum conditions as follows:the hydrogenation deoxygenization reaction temperature was 50 ℃, pressure was 0.5MPa( G), space velocity was 20 h^-1, and volume ratio of hydrogen to oil was 2.8.
