关怀型教师及其培养方式的思考——女性主义关怀伦理学对我国教师教育的启示 被引量:9

摘要 关怀伦理学是西方女性主义思潮的产物,它强调人与人之间的情感、关系以及相互关怀。关怀伦理学蕴含着对教师的关怀信仰、关怀能力、关怀实践等素质要求,要求培养关怀型教师。围绕关怀型教师这一新的培养目标,教师的职前教育和职后培训都应以教师的关怀能力为核心,进行相应的模式变革。
