摘要
目的:优选鼻渊口服液的制备工艺,制备质量稳定的鼻渊口服液。方法:以辛夷、细辛、薄荷、白芷挥发油的提取量,白芷中欧前胡素含量为指标,采用正交试验设计,优先最佳提取工艺。结果:辛夷、细辛、薄荷、白芷以粗粉浸泡2h,加8倍量水,蒸馏提取6h收率最高。白芷依生产实际,以8倍量水,回流煮提3次,每次1h为最佳工艺。配制用增溶剂为吐温-80,适用浓度为0.2%,pH范围3.5~5.5稳定,灭菌条件为流通饱和蒸气100℃、30min灭菌。结论:试验结果可靠,本工艺条件用于鼻渊口服液的制备具较好的效果。
Objective: To optimize the extraction technology of Biyuan oral solution, and prepare Biyuan oral solution with stable quanlity. Method: The quantity of volatile oils extracted from Fols Magnoliae, Asarum, Herba Menthae and Dahurian Angelica Root and the quantity of ammidin extracted from Dahurian Angelica Root were used as the indexes to select the best extraction technolo gy by orthogonal design. Result :The best extracting way to extract was as followed: the maceration time of meal was 2h, the amount of added water was 8 times of the amount of the materials, the time for distillation was 6h. The way to extract Dahurian Angelica Root was adding 8 times water to the material, reflux extracted 3 times and each time last for lb. The solubilizing agent was 0.2% Tween -80. The pH of oral solution ranked from 3.5 to 5.5. The conditions for sterilization was ventilated 100℃ saturated vapor for 30 min. Conclusion: The extraction technological process above is reliable and it can be used for Biyuan oral solution preparation.
