摘要
目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定小儿消食颗粒中熊果酸的含量。方法:色谱柱:Zorbax Extend C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水-磷酸-二乙胺(83:17:0.04:0.01);检测波长:220nm。结果:熊果酸进样量在1.03～5.17μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为99.9%,RSD=1.2%(n=5)结论:本法简便、灵敏、准确,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。
Objective： To develop a method to determine the content of ursolic acid in Xiaoerxiaoshi granules by HPLC. Methods： The column was Zorbax Extend C18 （250mm × 4.6mm,5 μm ） , the mobile phase was the mixture of methol,water,phosphoric acid and diethylamide（ 83：17：0.04：0.01） , and the detection wavelength was at 220nm. .Result： A good linear correlation of ursolic acid was observed from 1.03μg to 5.17μg. The average recovery was 99.9% with RSD of 1.2 %. Conclusion：The method is convenient ,sensitive and accurate. It can be used as the quality control method of this preparation.
