Therapeutic Effects of Myrtol Standard Combined with Budesonide on Secretory Otitis Media

目的:观察应用标准桃金娘油(吉诺通)口服及布地奈德喷鼻治疗分泌性中耳炎的疗效。方法:75例(89耳)分泌性中耳炎患者随机分为对照组(35例,42耳)和治疗组(40例,47耳),对照组给予常规用药治疗;治疗组在常规用药治疗上加服吉诺通,布地奈德喷鼻。治疗两周后,对比两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗组显效34耳(72.3%),有效7耳(14.9%),总有效41耳(87.23%);对照组显效24耳(57.1%),有效5耳(11.9%),总有效29耳(69.0%),两组比较有统计学差异,P<0.05。结论:加服标准桃金娘油和布地奈德喷鼻治疗分泌性中耳炎疗效比常规用药治疗更有效.

Objective ： To observe the therapeutic effects of myrtol standarized combined with budesonide on secretary otitis media（ SOM）. Method： Seventy five patiens （89 ears） were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 （47ears） cases in the treatment group （TG） were given routine medication combined with myrtol standarized orally and budesonide nasal sprayed,35 （42ear） cases in the control group （ CG ） were treated only with routine medication. After 2 weeks of treatment, the therapeatic effects between two groups were compared. Result： The obvious effective rate, effective rate, total effective rate were 34ears （ 72.3% ）, 14.9% （ 7ears ） and 41 ears （ 87.2% ） for case in TG, and there were 24ears （ 57.1% ） , 5ears （ 11.9% ） and 29ears （ 69% ） for those in CG, respectively. There were statistical difference in 2 groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Myrtol standarized orally combined with budesonide nasal spray can improve the therapeutic effects of SOM paticns.
