CXCL5在胃癌及癌前病变中的表达及意义

Expression and significance of CXCL5 in precancerous lesion and gastric cancer

目的:研究胃癌及癌前病变组织中趋化因子CXCL5的表达,探讨CXCL5蛋白与胃癌临床特征及胃粘膜癌变分子机制的关系。方法:应用单克隆抗体S-P免疫组化检测280例不同胃组织(包括正常胃粘膜32例、慢性浅表性胃炎32例、慢性萎缩性胃炎34例、肠化生胃粘膜58例、胃腺癌68例、癌旁组织44例、胃间质瘤12例)中CXCL5蛋白的表达。结果:趋化因子CXCL5在正常胃粘膜、慢性胃炎组织、肠化生胃粘膜组织中无表达;在胃癌组织中阳性表达率为70.5%(48/68);CXCL5与淋巴结转移及临床分期呈正相关(P<0.05)。在癌旁及胃间质瘤中无表达。结论:CXCL5的异常表达与胃癌分期及淋巴结转移密切,与胃癌早期发生无关。CXCL5高表达者临床分期较晚,淋巴结转移率高,检测其表达强度有助于判断胃癌恶性程度及胃癌患者的预后。

Objective： In this study we examined the expression of CXCL5 in gastric cancer and precancerosis to approach the relationship between CXCL5 and clinical characteristic and molecule mechanism of the precancerous lesion and gastric tumor. Methods：The expression pattern of CD24 in 68 gastric adenocarcinomas, 32 normal gastric epithelias, 32 chronic superficial gastritis,34 chronic atrophic gastritis,58 intestinal metaplasias, 44 nearing cancer epitheliums, 12 gastric stromal tumors was analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Results： The expression of CXCL5 in normal gastric epithelia,chronic gastritis, metaplasia, nearing cancer epitheliums and gastric stromal tumors are negative ; the positive rates of CXCL5 expresion in gastric adenocarcinoma are 70.5% and was associated with high-stage tumor and lymph nodes invasion. Conclusion： CXCL5 overexpression was associated with late stage gastric cancer and high N stage. The abnormal expression of CXCL5 was＇t correlated with early stag of gastric cancer. Detection of CXCL5 expression in gastric cancer tissues can be useful in the determination of malignancy and prognosis.
