印后加工是烟标印制过程中的主要环节之一。基于烟标印后加工的特点,在分析烫印和模切压痕两种工艺的基础上,提出烫印和模切压痕实验标版设计原则、规范的实验步骤,以及定量与定性结合的质量检验方法,形成了一体化的质量控制数字化方案。

Finishing is one of the most important parts in the process of cigarettes package printing. The processes of heat printing and die-cutting impress were analyzed according to the characteristics of finishing of cigarettes package. The design principle of heat printing and die-cutting impress template, experiment steps, and quality detecting methods were put forward to form a complete digital quality control program.
