中英街社区居民对护士角色与能力要求的调查

目的了解中英街社区居民对护士角色与能力的要求。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,调查512名中英街社区居民对社区护士角色和能力的要求。结果居民希望社区护士担当的角色依次为照顾者(72.3%)、教育者(13.7%)、被咨询者(6.8%)。认为护士应具备的能力依次为实际操作能力(74.2%)、健康宣教能力(14.3%)、人际沟通和协作能力(3.9%)。结论社区护士应做好照顾者、教育者、健康者等角色的定位,充分发挥能力,以便满足居民的要求。

Objective To understand residents＇ requirements for the role and capacity of community nurses in Chung Ying Street. Method Community residents in Chung Ying Street were investigated frith self-designed questionnaire on their requirements for the role and capacity of community nurses. Results Residents expected that the role of community nurses to be caretakers （72.3%）, educators （13.7%）, and consultants （6.8%）. Residents expected that nurses should have practical performance capacity （74.2%）, health education capacity （14.3%）, and interpersonal communication and collaboration capacity （3.9%）. Conclusions Community care needs of the residents determined the main role of nurses. Community nurses should have the ability to adapt to the role.
