CO_2激光治疗女性尖锐湿疣的疗效观察及护理

目的探讨CO2激光治疗女性尖锐湿疣的疗效和总结护理经验。方法回顾性分析和总结332例采用CO2激光治疗女性尖锐湿疣的护理经过。结果332例尖锐湿疣患者1次治愈302例(91.0%);2次治愈24例(7.2%);3次治愈6例(1.8%)。结论CO2激光治疗尖锐湿疣具有操作方法简便、定位准确、创面愈合快和治愈率高的优点。做好尖锐湿疣患者的心理护理、健康教育和加强治疗创面的观察对提高治疗的成功率具有积极的意义。

Objective To explore to the efficacy and nursing experience in treating female cauliflower excrescence with of CO2 laser. Method Nursing experiences in caring 322 patients with female cauliflower excrescence treated by CO2 laser were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Result Among the 322 patients with cauliflower excrescence, 302 （91.0%） were cured the first time they received treatment, 24（7.2%） were cured the second time they received the treatment, and 6 （1.8%） were cured the third time they received the treatment. Conclusions Treating female cauliflower excrescence with CO2 laser is simple, accurate in positioning, and faster in wound healing, with a high cure rate. Psychological care and health education for patients with cauliflower excrescence and observation of the treatment of wound treatment are of positive meaning to improve the success rate.
