风险管理理念在精神科护理流程再造中的应用

目的探讨风险管理理念在精神科护理流程再造中的应用效果。方法成立风险管理小组、护理流程再造小组,对精神科护理风险进行重新识别和确认,科学地分析现存和潜在护理安全隐患,将高风险的护理流程进行流程再造,建立精神科风险管理机制,将持续改进和护理流程重组相结合。结果实施护理风险流程再造以来,护理缺陷发生率由实施前的4.9%降至1.2%;护理风险事件从实施前的8起降为2起;患者对护理质量的满意度从实施前的92.8%上升为98.9%。结论以风险管理理念进行流程再造,可使护士风险防范意识和能力得到较大提高,从而进一步密切了护患关系,更好地保障患者安全,提高护理质量。

Objective To explore the efficacy of risk management in reconstruction of psychotic nursing process. Methods A leading group of risk management and psychotic nursing process reconstruction was set up; the risks of psychotic nursing were re-identified and confirmed; the present and potential nursing risks were analyzed; the high risk nursing process was reconstructed; a risk management system was set up; continuous improvement and nursing process reconstruction was combined. Result After the reconstruction of psychotic nursing process, the incidence of nursing deficiency decreased from 4.9%to 1.2% , the nursing risks dropped to 2 from 8, and the percentage of patients＇ satisfaction increased to 98.9% from 92.8%. Conclusions When nursing process was reconstructed through risk management, the nurses, abilities and risk-prevention awareness are greatly improved and the nurse-patient relationship is strengthened. Therefore, the quality of nursing is significantly improved.
