摘要
目的比较3种不同消毒方法对无层流设备接台手术室空气消毒的效果。方法将手术时间超过2h的90个手术间次随机分为3组,每组30间次,分别采用紫外线消毒方法、动态空气消毒器消毒方法和动态空气消毒器加含氯消毒剂消毒方法进行空气消毒,监测消毒前、消毒后(手术前)、术中2h空气的菌落数。结果消毒前3组菌落数均超标,组间比较,经统计学分析,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义;消毒前后3组菌落数比较,经统计学分析,P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义,但消毒后组间比较,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义;但在术中2h时3组菌落数,组间比较,经统计学分析,P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论持续应用动态空气消毒器消毒手术室和用含氯消毒液擦拭手术室物体表面和湿拖地面,消毒杀菌效果好,是无层流设备接台手术室空气消毒的理想方法。
Objective To compare the effectiveness of three kinds of air sterilization methods in the operating room, and to explore which is the optimal method. Methods Ninety operations which lasted over two hours were randomly divided into three groups, thirty in each, and three sterilization methods by ultraviolet light, dynamic air disinfector and dynamic air disinfector plus chlorine-containing disinfectant were used respectively in the three groups. Bacteria colonies before sterilization, after sterilization and two hours during the operation were monitored. Results Bacteria colonies were above the set standard before sterilization, and there was no significant difference between the three groups (P 〉 0.05). Significant differences were found in bacteria colonies between before and after sterilization (P 〈 0.05). No significant difference was found between the three groups after sterilization (P 〉 0.05), but there was significant difference between the three groups two hours during the operation (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Continuous use of dynamic air disinfector and use of chlorine-containing disinfectant to clean the surface of substances and floors of the operating room had the best sterilizing effect, and was the optimal method in the operating room with no laminar flow facilities.
