急性化脓性胆管炎并发感染性休克病人的护理

目的总结急性化脓性胆管炎并发感染性休克病人的护理方法。方法回顾性分析9例急性化脓性胆管炎并发感染性休克病人的临床资料及重点护理内容。结果本组除1例病人因家属放弃治疗、入院后2d死亡,另1例自动出院外,其余5例手术治疗,2例保守治疗,休克均得以纠正,经治愈出院。结论及时补充血容量、控制体温、保持呼吸道通畅、加强心理护理、做好管道的护理对于保证急性化脓性胆管炎并发感染性休克病人的治疗效果具有重要作用。

Objective To summarize the experience of nursing patients with the acute suppurative cholangitis （ASC） complicated with infective shock. Method The clinical data of 9 ASC patients with septic shock were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed. Results One died in 2 days after admission because their relatives quitted the treatment and another one went discharged voluntarily, the other 7 patients were all remedied and discharged after surgical treatment （5 cases） and expectant treatment （2 cases）. Conclusion For the ASC patients with septic shock, timely compensation of blood volume, control of body temperature, keeping respiratory tract unobstructed, the most important strategy covers enhanced mental nursing and nursing of tubes.
