摘要
采用单切面实时超声显像法，对３４例脂肪肝患者和３０例正常人进行液体脂餐后胃排空率的超声检测。结果显示：两组胃排空率在餐后１５分钟出现差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），观察组在餐后３０分钟时胃排空率与对照组对比差异有非常显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）。
By monosection realtime ultrasonography,the gastric emptying rate both 34 cases with fatty liver and 30 normal persons as.contrast was detected after liquid fat meal.Results showed that the gastric emptying rate presented difference(P<005)at 15th minutes after liquid fat meal and significant difference(P<001)appeared at 30th minutes.It suggested that the gastric emptying rat is decreased and gastric dynamia is disturbance in patients with fatty liver.
