小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌致Graves’病作用的实验研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的 研究小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌( Y. E 菌) 感染和 Graves’病发病的相关性。方法 用 O:3 Y. E 菌免疫新西兰兔,研究 Y. E 菌抗体( Y E Ab) 和 T R Ab 的相关性及其对 F R T L5 细胞释放c A M P 的影响。结果  O:3 Y. E 菌免疫12 周后,其中4 只兔(4/10) 产生了 Y. E 菌抗体( Y E Ab) ,滴度为1 :5000 ~1 :25000 ,同时免疫兔甲状腺功能( T3 、 T4) 也明显升高。交叉吸附试验表明 Y E Ab 和 T R Ab 能竞争性地与 T S H 受体蛋白结合,另外, Y E Ab 阳性血清中提取的 Ig G 能刺激 F R T L5 细胞释放c A M P。结论 在免疫学和细胞生物学水平证实了 Y. E 菌感染与 Graves’病发病有关。 Objective To study the relationship between Yersinia infection and the pathogenesis of Graves' disease. Methods Rabbits were immunized with O:3 Yersinia enterocolitica (Y.E) and then the relationship between YEAb and TRAb and YEAb's effect on cAMP release from FRTL 5 cell were studied. Results After 12 weeks, 4 of 10 rabbits immunized with O:3 Y.E developed high levels of antibodies to O:3 Y.E, the titers of YEAb being from 1:5000 to 1:25000, and their serum total T 3 and total T 4 levels increased also. The cross absorption test indicated that YEAb and TRAb were able to bind with TSH receptor competitively; besides, the IgGs prepared from YEAb positive sera had the ability to stimulate the release of cAMP from FRTL 5 cell. Conclusion All the results obtained demonstrated immunologically and cytologically the relationship between the Y.E infection and the pathogenesis of Graves' disease.
