席汉氏综合征及其危象临床分析

STUDY ON SHEEHANS SYNDROME AND ITS CRISIS

为探讨席汉氏综合征及其危象的误诊原因，早期诊断。本文收集近１０年中我院确诊的２５例患者的临床资料。对其中８例发生１３例次危象进行重点分析。绝大多数发生于产后大出血的妇女。感染为主要诱因。早期临床表现不典型，易误诊。如果临床医师对有生育史的妇女，一旦发生原因不明的昏迷、休克、精神症状和低血糖时，应将本症及其危象列为鉴别诊断之一，从而减少误诊，达到早期诊断。

To investigate the misdiagnosis causes and early diagnosis of Sheehans syndrome and its crisis ,the clinical date of 25 cases admitted in our hospital during recent 10 years were analyzed and 13 crises were laid special stress.Nearly all these cases occurred after severe postpartum hemorrhage and the infection was the main precipitating cause.The early manifestation were atypical and adapt to misdiagnosis.It is concluded that if a doctor meet a woman having delivery history with the manifesfation of coma,shock,psychopathy or hypoglycemia ,he should think of the disease so as to avoid misdiagnosising and getting the early diagnosis and treatment
