Ⅱ型糖尿病患者人工晶体植入术并发症探讨

为了减少糖尿病患者人工晶体植入术并发症发生，本文对１９例２３眼行白内障囊外摘除（ＥＣＣＥ）联合后房型人工晶体植入术（ＩＯＬ）的糖尿病患者进行总结。结果显示术中并发症主要是轻度角膜水肿、虹膜色素播散及前房出血。术后并发症主要为角膜水肿、房水混浊、纤维素性渗出、虹膜脱色、瞳孔不贺及对光反就迟钝、后囊混浊及糖尿病性视网膜病变。提出减少术中对虹膜骚扰，局部及时使用皮质类固醇激素控制纤维素性渗出，密切观察眼底改变并及时予以治疗，对于避免或减少手术并发症非常重要。

19 diabetics (23 eyes) were followed up after extracapsular cataract extraction (ECCE) with intraocular lens implantation (IOL).The results show that the intraoperative complications are mild corneal edema,pigment diffusion of irides and hyphema.Postoperative complications are corneal edema,aqueous opacity,fibrous exudates,iridial decoloration,deformed pupils with sluggish light responses,opacification of the posterior capsule and diabetic retinopathy.In order to avoid and decrease compliacations, it is important that the iridial damage should be decreased during the operation,fibrous exudates treated with local steroid hormone,diabetic retinopathy followed up more closely and treated promptly.
