甲型副伤寒是一种常见的急性肠道传染性疾病，是许多国家特别是发展中国家的主要公共卫生问题之一。然而，到目前为止尚无有效的预防性疫苗问世。此文就甲型副伤寒多糖结合疫苗、组分疫苗和保护性抗原筛选的研究进展加以讨论。

Paratyphoid A fever is a common acute intestinal infectious disease, which is a main public health problem in many countries, especially in the developing ones . However, so far there is no effective pre- ventive vaccine. The advances in the research of paratyphoid A polysaccharide-protein conjugate vaccines, component vaccines and screening of protective antigens will be discussed in this review.
