摘要
自从十多年前发现DNA可以作为疫苗诱导机体产生免疫应答以来,DNA疫苗研究已取得突破性进展。目前已有4种动物DNA疫苗获准上市。然而,在临床试验中,单纯的DNA疫苗免疫原性很弱。随着DNA疫苗设计策略和接种方式的改进,可以预期将会有更多的人用DNA疫苗逐步进入临床,并最终实现DNA疫苗从动物疫苗到人用疫苗的跨越。
Over a decade ago, DNA was found to be delivered in vaccine form and elicit an immune response. Four DNA vaccines have been approved to be used in animals. In clinical studies, however, DNA vaccines have showed low immunogenicity when inoculated alone. More DNA vaccines for human use will be expected to be brought into the clinic with the improvement in vaccine design and inoculation methods.
