摘要
聚合酶链反应-单链构象多态性(PCR—SSCP)是分析基因突变的一项重要技术,也是现代医学领域中用于己知基因突变检测和未知基因突变筛查的一种非常有用的工具。PCR—SSCP技术具有快速、简便、灵敏和适用于大样本筛选等特点。目前,该方法在寄生虫学领域已得到日益广泛和深入的应用,该文介绍了PCR—SSCP的原理、特点及其在寄生虫分类和鉴定等方面的应用。
Polymerase chain reaction-single strand conformation polymorphism (PCR-SSCP) analysis is an important method for the detection of gene mutation as well as a useful tool for identifying unknown genes in medical fields. PCR-SSCP technique exhibits characteristics of rapidity, simplicity and sensitivity and is ap plicable to screen large amounts of samples. At present, the technology has been applied in parasitology. This review introduced some basic principles about PCR-SSCP and its application in classification and identification of parasites.
