刚地弓形虫感染是一种在世界范围内流行的寄生虫病,严重危害人体健康,给全世界的畜牧业带来巨大的经济损失。传统的弓形虫病原学诊断方法较为费时且不稳定,以核酸扩增为基础的分子生物学技术省时省力,为弓形虫病的诊断提供了重要依据。
Toxoplasma gondii infection is a worldwide epidemic parasitic disease with serious harm to human health that brought great economic losses to the world. However the traditional detection of Toxoplasma gondii is time-consuming and instable. Now nucleic acid amplification technology based on the molecular biology has solved these problems, which provide an important basis for the diagnosis of Toxoplasma gondii.
