摘要
本文对国内17年间中药致肾损害的临床报道进行文献计量学分析,结果表明:27种中草药、5种中成药引起252例肾损害A型反应239例,B型反应13例),其中主要为急性肾衰(77、38%),各种肾炎(15、08%).并对肾损害的原因进行了分析.
The clinical reports on the renal impairment caused by Chinese herb in the literature over a period of 17 years were bibliometrically analyzed. Our results showed that 27 kinds of Chinese herb and 5 patent medicines caused renal impairment in 252 cases, including 239 cases of type A reaction and 13 cases of type B reaction. The renal impairment mainly consisted of acute renal failure and nephritis of different kinds. The causes of the renal impairment were discussed.
