基于矢椭圆面积的双截面信息融合及其应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对单截面信息的不足,为了更充分的利用信息,真实反映整个机组的运行状况,及时发现故障隐患,笔者研究了基于矢椭圆面积的双截面信息融合,并提出了融合面积和融合面积谱的概念,导出其计算公式,阐述其图谱表达,并将其用于实际故障诊断系统中。研究表明:这种方法能够有效识别转子的振动状态,准确的判断系统故障,并且图谱表达直观,是一种实用的旋转机械故障诊断分析新方法。 To overcome the disadvantage of information lack of a single section, two sections information fusion based on the vector ellipse area(VEA) is presented. In this way, the signals collected can be made full use of and thus operation conditions of the machine Can be represented accurately. Meanwhile the hidden dangers of the system can also be detected timely which helps reduce the cost. In this paper, the concept of fusion area and fusion area spectrum was proposed. First, the calculation formulas were deduced. Then, the spectrum was explained. Finally, it is applied to a failure diagnosis system. It has been proved that by means of the method, the vibration state of the rotor can be identified effectively and the failure of the system can be distinguished accurately. In addition, the spectrum is easy to understand. It is a new practical failure diagnosis method for rotary machinery.
