摘要
为了探索郴州市食物中毒流行规律,对辖区内十一个县(市)区1983~1996年食物中毒情况进行了统计分析,全市发生食物中毒69起,中毒1512人,死亡15人。食物中毒呈逐年下降趋势,常年均有发病,第三季度为高峰期。化学性食物中毒高于细菌性食物中毒,化学性食物中毒以有机磷农药污染蔬菜为主。城市发病率高于农村。本文对食物中毒特点提出了预防措施。
he circumstance,which was of food poisoning in 11 county or city to belong Chenzhou city from 1983 to 1996,was analysed.There were 1512 poisoned men,and 15 dead men in 69 time.The bromatoxism decreased year by year,but the food poisonig occur in 1-12 months,it is high peak to occure in 7-9 months.Chemical food poisoning is more than bacterial food poisoning,it is important that vegetable was polluted with organic phospphate pesticide.Incidence rate in city is higher than one in rural area.preventive measure is proposed for controlling food poisoning in this paper.
