益心解毒颗粒对动物心律失常的保护作用

The Protective Effect of Yixin Jiedu Granule on Animals Arrhythmia

目的:观察益心解毒颗粒对由CaCl2和乌头碱诱发动物心律失常的保护作用。方法:采用大鼠末次用药60min后,舌下注射CaCl2和乌头碱诱发大鼠心律失常,观察大鼠心电图变化及心律失常情况。结果:益心解毒颗粒3g/kg可明显提高CaCl2心律失常大鼠的存活率;益心解毒颗粒1.5～6.0g/kg可推迟乌头碱致大鼠心律失常的发生时间、缩短心律失常持续时间。结论:益心解毒颗粒对动物心律失常有明显保护作用。

Objectives：The study is to investigate the effect of Yixin Jiedu Granule on animal arrhythmia induced by CaCl2 and Aconi- tine. Methods：Sixty minutes later of the last medication, rats were injected sublingually with the CaCl2 or Aconitine, and assessed for any change or arrhythmia on ECG. Results：Yinxin Jiedu Granule at the dosage of 3g/kg significantly raised the survival rate of rats of ar- rhythmia induced by CaCl2 ; at the dosage of 1.5 - 6.0g/kg it postponed the occurrence of arrhythmia induced by Aeonitine, and short- ened the duration of arrhythmia. Conclusion ： Yixin Jiedu Granule has significant protective effect on arrhythmia of lab animals.
