2007年广州市沙眼衣原体实验室检测室间质量评价

Evaluation on External Quality of Chlamydia trachomatis Measurement in Guangzhou in 2007

目的通过对沙眼衣原体室间质量评价,了解广州市性病实验室检测沙眼衣原体总体水平。方法发放沙眼衣原体细胞培养物,要求做沙眼衣原体检测。结果61家参与单位中,优秀39家(63.9%),合格10家(16.4%),一般10家(16.4%),不及格2家(3.3%)。结论性病实验室水平参差不齐,只有加强实验室室内质量管理,才能保证实验结果的可靠性,提高性病实验室整体水平。

Objective To evaluate the performance of venereal disease laboratory in Guangzhou in diagnosing Chlamydia trachomatis. Methods Standard samples of Chlamydia trachomatis were given to these laboratories for the testing of Chlamydia trachomatis. Results Among the 61 participating laboratories, 39 （63.9%） were scored excellent, 10 （16.4%） received the rating of pass, 10 （16.4%） were just up to the standard and 2 （3.3%） were failed. Conclusion Strengthening of the laboratory management is required to maintain the standard of these laboratories.
