摘要
目的:观察异丙酚用于气管插管时的血流动力学、血糖、血浆胰高血糖素、胰岛素及皮质醇指标的变化。方法:以硫喷妥钠组作对照,18例患者平均分为两组:硫喷妥钠组(SP)及异丙酚组(P)。分别在麻醉前、插管后1min、5和10min抽静脉血测血糖、胰高血糖素、胰岛素及皮质醇的浓度。结果:与麻醉诱导前相比,两者胰岛素浓度均无变化(P<0.05);SP组插管后血糖、胰高血糖素、皮质醇浓度均明显升高(P<0.05),而P组则无明显变化(P>0.05),两组相比差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。此外,插管后P组比SP组血压低,心率慢(P<0.05)。结论:异丙酚伍用安定。
Objective:The aim of this study was to observe the changes of the hemodynamics, blood gluose, glucagon and the levels of plasma insulin and cortisol when Propofol was used for endotracheal intubation. Methods:Eighteen patients were randomly divided into two groups, sodium pentothal (SP) group and Propofol (P) group. These parameters were investigated respectively before anaesthesia and, 1,5,10 min after endotracheal intubation. Results:The level of plasma insulin remained stable during endotracheal intubation. However, blood glucagon, cortisol and glucose increased sinificantly in SP group, as compared with those before anaesthesia, but there was no sinificant change in P group. There revealed marked difference, between two groups (P<0.05). In addition, the heart rate and the blood presure were much lower in P group than in SP group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The stress reponse to endotracheal intubation may be effectively diminished by Propofol combined with Diazepam and Fentanyl.
