嗜肺军团菌分子生物学检测及流行病学分型方法 被引量:4

摘要 军团菌病主要由嗜肺军团菌引起。与传统的军团菌检测方法相比,分子生物学检测技术灵敏度高、特异性强、快速有效。分子分型对军团菌流行病学调查及监控具有非常重要的意义。本文对嗜肺军团菌分子生物学检测及流行病学分型方法作一综述。
