手术病人血清C_3、C_4、CRP、Fn变化及其临床意义

The Clinical Validity of the Serum Levels of Three Tumor - Associated Antigens in Preoperative Patients with Gastric Cancer

57例腹腔肿瘤病人术后1周内．血清C3、C4浓度无明显变化，（反应蛋白）CRP浓度升高，纤维连接蛋白Fn浓度降低；1周后C3、C4浓度升高，CRP、Fn浓度恢复术前水平。若术后并发感染者上述变化更为明显，感染治愈后恢复；持续不恢复者预后差。说明术后上述指标，是CRP和Fn，对发现深部感染、脓毒血症预后判断有一定价值。

The clinical validity of the serum levels of CEA,CA19- 9 and CA50 in preperative patients with gastric cancer was evaluated.The samples of 94 patients with gastric cancer (31 cases with high and middle differentiated adenocarcinoma, 45 cases with low differentiated adenocareinoma. 18 cases with mucus - adenocareinoma) were collected before surgical operation. The serum con-centration of the three tumor markers were determined useing an or IRAIA. Normal level: CEA 4 .5 ±3 .0ng/ml, CA19-9 10.0±8. 1IU/ml, CA50 8 .4±5 .2IU/ml. The positivity rafe of gastric cancer: CEA 42. 6%, CA19- 9 36. 2%, CA50 32.9%. It is un-valuable to early detect gastric cancer only relying on any single one of the three tumor markers, but if three tumor maikers are e-valuated jointly, the posiIivity rate would be riaised. The levels are correlated with the pathological stage. The operative effects on all the patients with normal CA50 level are satisfying.
