摘要
本实验应用三种方法处理大白鼠皮肤,然后,进行异体皮肤移植。结果如下,紫外线照射加深低温冷冻组的移植皮肤存活时间最长,平均为(22.5±0.31)d,深低温冷冻组次之,平均为(14.2±0.31)d,紫外线照射组为(14±0.32)d,对照组最短,平均为(13.2±0.31)d。经统计学分析表明前组和后三组相比均有显著性差异。

Experiments of skin allograft were performed in the mice.The donor skin was dealed with ultraviolet irradiation and cryopreservation and after ultraviolet irradiation.The results were as follows:median graft survival time (MST)of donor skin graft dealed with cryopreservation after ultraviolet irradiation lasted the longest(224±215)days.That dealed with cryopreservation lasted(142±031)days and that dealed with ultraviolet irradiation (14±03)days,skin graft of MST(132±031)days in control guoup proved to be the shortest.The statistical analysis showed significant differences between the four groups,the relationship between the MST and the means that skin gratf dealed with are discussed in this paper.
