内毒素休克兔血浆NO和ET-1水平的变化及相互关系 被引量:4

摘要 目的与方法:用兔内毒素休克模型,观察血浆NO和内皮素-1(ET-1)浓度的动态变化,探讨两者的相互影响。结果:LPS组血浆NO浓度于ivLPS后120min升高,180min达峰;ET-1升高较早,60min达峰,随后衰减。L-NMA抑制NO和ET-1生成,而phosphoramidon只抑制ET-1生成,两者均纠正LPS引起的SV下降。Dex组血浆NO与ET-1含量波动较小。结论:ET和NO是参与内毒素休克不同时相的体液因子,且一定浓度的NO是ET-1生成的条件之一。 AIM and METHOD:The dynamic changes of concentration of plasma NO and endothelin-1(ET-1) were investigated in endotoxic shock of rabbits.RESULTS:In LPS group,the plasma concentrations of both NO and ET-1 increased significantly,but their temporal dynamics were different.The increase of plasma NO concentration started at 120 min after endotoxin injection and reached its peak at 180 min.While plasma ET-1 concentration increased much earlier:at 60 min post-endotoxin and its plasma concentration had reached its peak level,then waned. L-NMA inhibited both the increase of NO and ET-1 concentrations in plasma,but phosphoramidon only alleviated the rise of the plasma ET-1 content.Dex group's NO and ET-1 level did not change.CONCLUSION:NO and ET-1 might be an important liquid factor in different phases of endotoxic shock and NO was essential for ET-1 increase during endotoxic shock.
