摘要
心房重构是发生心房颤动和心房颤动持续存在的病理基础。预防和治疗心房重构对于预防心房颤动极为重要。心房重构包括心房结构、电生理、代谢等多方面。预防和治疗心房重构的措施包括血管紧张肽转换酶抑制药、血管紧张肽Ⅱ受体拮抗药、抗纤维化药物、交叉连接破坏药等。
Atrial remodeling is the pathological basis of the occurrence and persistence of atrial fibrillation. The prevention and treatment of atrial remodeling is crucial for the prevention of atrial fibrillation. Atrial remodeling includes structural, electrophysiologic and metabolic changes. The prevention and treatment of atrial remodeling include angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor, angiotensin II receptor antagonist, antifibrotic drugs, crosslink breakers, etc.
