摘要
通过实验研究,分析了稀土元素对镁合金AZ71的金相组织及抗拉强度等力学性能的影响。结果表明,稀土的加入可以起到明显的细化晶粒的作用,在镁合金AZ71中加入1%左右稀土元素其抗拉强度、延伸强度、断后伸长率均有明显提高。
The influence of rare earth on the microstructure and mechanical property (tensile strength) of AZ71 magnesium alloy was studied through experiment. The results indicate that the rare earth may play the obvious refined grain the role. Adding 1% rare-earth element in magnesium alloy AZ71, its tensile strength, extending. intensity, and elongation ratio increase obviously.
