摘要
建立了内燃机缸套三维轴对称模型。根据稳态温度场控制方程,结合缸套内壁燃气侧的边界条件、缸套与机架间的换热系数以及缸套冷却水侧的边界条件,对铸铁和高硅铝合金缸套温度场、热应力和热变形进行了有限元分析,对比发现温度场中高硅铝合金缸套热传导性优于铸铁缸套,热变形分布和热应力分布中高硅铝合金缸套的最大和最小值均低于铸铁缸套的最大和最小值,说明高硅铝合金缸套的性能在各方面均优于铸铁缸套,是一种新型的缸套材料。
The three-dimensional model of axial symmetry of cylind sleeve was built up. The temperature field, the thermal stress and the thermal distortion of the cylind sleeve of cast iron and high-silicon aluminium alloy were analyzed by finite element method based on the governing equation of steady state temperature field as well as the boundary conditions of the gas of inner-wall of cylinder, heat transfer coefficients between the cylinder sleeve and cylinder block, the boundary conditions between the cylinder sleeve and the cooling water. The comparasion results show that in the temperature field, the thermal conductivity of the cylinder sleeve of high-silicon aluminium alloy is much better than the that of cast rion, and in the thermal stress distribution and the thermal distortion distribution, the maximium and minimium of the former were all lower than the that of the latter. All of the results also illustrate that the cylinder sleeve of high-silicon aluminium alloy is much better than the that of cast rion in several aspects and the high-silicon aluminium alloy is a new type material of cylinder sleeve.
