摘要 采用有限元数值模拟技术,建立了AA5754铝镁合金板料成形的有限元模型,对油箱面板成形过程进行数值模拟,预测了缺陷出现的位置及程度,并据此设计并优化了模具型面,调整了工艺参数。根据优化的结果,进行了实验验证。结果表明,数值模拟与实验结果有良好的一致性。 The AA5754 Al-Mg alloy fuel-tank panel as research object was simulated by finite element technology, its FEM model was builded, the faults position and its extent were predicted, the opimized the model surface was designed and the reasonable process parameters were confirmed based on the simulaiton resultl A sample was stamped in practice. The results show that the simulation results accords well with the experimental results.
