摘要
应用有限元分析方法,针对平板对接接头横向拉伸试验,打底焊道为高强匹配、填充焊道为低强匹配焊接接头在外载荷作用下的接头强度进行数值模拟和试验研究,并将数值模拟结果与试验结果进行对比分析。结果表明,数值模拟结果和试验结果基本吻合,表明了数值模型的有效性。在此基础之上,对平板对接接头试样进行三维有限元分析和正交试验,分析打底焊道尺寸、坡口角度、对接间隙大小对焊接接头抗拉强度的影响。结果表明:打底焊道厚度对接头抗拉强度的影响最大,这为此类焊接结构焊接工艺的制定提供了可靠的依据。
Using the finite element analysis and experimental investigation, the tensile strength of the welded joint in which filling bead was less-matching and backing weld overmatching was analyzed and compared in plate butt-joint specimen tensile test state. It shows better fitness between numerical solutions and experimental results and also indicates the effectiveness of the analysis model. Base on this, the plate butt-joint specimen was analyzed by 3D FEM numerical simulation and orthogonal design theory in order to show the influence sequence of three parameters-the thickness of the backing weld, groove angle and root gap. The results show that the thickness of the backing bead has the greatest influence on the tensile strength and provide reliable foundation for the welding of such welded joints.
