摘要
在开放式管道瞬时液相扩散焊机上对T91/102异种钢管进行TLP连接,采用氩气保护,在焊接温度1250℃、压力2MPa、中间层选用LJ2(FeNiCrSiB)非晶合金箔固定不变的条件下,探讨保温时间对其TLP连接接头组织和性能的影响。结果表明,T91/102异种钢管TLP连接在其它工艺参数确定的条件下,最适宜的保温时间为3min。
When the welding temperature was 1250℃, pressure was 2 MPa, blinding was carried out by using LJ2(FeNiCrSiB) insert metal in an argon atmosphere, the effect of holding time on the microstructure and mechanical property of TLP (transient liquid-phase bonding) joint was studied. The result shows that the best holding time parameters of TLP of T91/102 steel pipes is 3 min.
