摘要
对球墨铸铁制作钳体的断裂原因进行了分析。采用光学显微镜、场发射扫描电镜和能谱分析仪,对失效零件的金相组织、断口形貌进行了检测分析。结果表明,零件断裂的原因是缩孔和夹渣等铸造缺陷、组织球化不良以及存在正火裂纹。
The fracture failure causes of nodular iron production were analyzed. The microstructures and fracture morphologies of the failure production were studied by optical microscopy, field emission scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersion spectrum analyzer. The results show that the causes of the fracture are the abnormal graphite nodulizing, and shrinkage, slag inclusion and normalizing cracks.
